What holds us back from exploring, freely, our full potential and giving expression to that powerful, beautiful being within us? Ludmila Gin will introduce you to an amazing technique called Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or “tapping”) that can help you release stress, feel better, connect with people deeper and move forward on your journey in life.
The workshop is practical and interactive. We will learn the technique first hand, practise it and see the results! The workshop includes a special session on food cravings. Tempting substances (such as chocolates and biscuits) will be provided!
The session costs £15 per person (£10 concessions for people who are not earning)
This is the first of what we hope wil be a series of interesting and unusual sessions at the pub led by local experts – do let us know if you have any ideas yourselves and we will add them to the list!
